According to the <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"http:\/\/davo1.de\/tagungen\/Wocmes\/downloads\/program.pdf\" target=\"_blank\">official conference programme<\/a>, it was \u201corganized by&nbsp;David C.
